The following information MUST be included on all purchase orders for an order to be processed correctly:   · All orders must be sent to sales@letterwerks.com for processing  · Company Name and contact person  · Purchase Order Number  · Requested in Hands Date and Time  · Shipping Method and Address  · Decoration process-Screen Printing or Embroidery  · Design name –See Notes on digital file requirements  · Design Placement and Size  · Design Colors-Include any PMS matches you require  · Garment Information-Manufacturer, Style Number, Color , Quantity and Sizes  · Special Instructions-Poly Bagging, Numbers, Names etc  · Failure to supply the above information will delay the completion your order   If you have a reorder please reference the last Invoice number and design number from that order
